AnonymousLisa and I have known each other for about twenty years and have always got on. In fact, I don’t think we have ever had a cross word with each other. Having said that, she does talk incessantly, which, as a man, I can find a bit tiresome. But that is a minor fault and it is only for the sake of balance that I bother mentioning it. As you know, she also directs some of the audios and very good at it she is too. Not that I have experienced it much as it is impossible to both act and direct efficiently and I am nearly always working in piece where she appears.
re The latest ask reply on your blog: Break my heart, why don't you! I've started listening to Gallifrey, and my roommate and I keep counting the episodes until Braxiatel comes back. He adds pizazz to the series and I always miss him when he's gone. (Plus, I'm quite certain that Braxiatel is clever enough to survive or endure -anything-.)
I don’t write the things. Sometimes the writers write themselves into a corner and drastic measures have to be taken. You can never make finite remarks about these things. After all, the last Gallifrey was going to be, well, the last. And now they are making more. Maybe one of my other incarnations (-it’s a long story-) might make an appearance at some point.
Thanks Miles, now I wish I had the money to buy the Benny audios, better save up then. I think Steven Moffat should introduce Brax into the main series so more people should know that they are missing out on a great character, as I believe he survived the time war by being at his collection.
I bumped into Steven Wickham at the Royal Opera House last night (I was seeing Filles Du Regiment) and he tells me that they are soon to start on some more Gallifreys. Not that I will be in them. Not after what happened in the last lot! So good news for all you fans. He also said he had reprised a role in the new ‘Red Dwarf’ series. Though he did complain about the prosthetics. Well, you would wouldn’t you.
